Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched from our studio in New Plymouth, New Zealand.
At this stage, we offer domestic shipping within New Zealand only.

Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Once dispatched, delivery is typically made within 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
Deliveries to rural addresses may experience additional delays.
Please note that we do not dispatch or deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Fees

• Complimentary shipping is available on all orders over $350 NZD.

• A flat-rate shipping fee will apply to all orders under this threshold and will be calculated at checkout.

Courier Service

Orders are sent via New Zealand Delivery — Courier with tracking provided once your order has been shipped.
Please ensure that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
We are unable to take responsibility for orders that are delayed or misdelivered due to incorrect shipping details.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

Once your parcel has been dispatched, ownership and responsibility for the goods pass to the customer.
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact the courier service directly using your tracking number.
While we are not liable for lost or delayed parcels, we will make every reasonable effort to assist in locating your order.
