Refund, Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Elle Bohème we make things with love. We want you to love your purchase.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer a return, exchange, or store credit, provided the following conditions are met.
Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Refunds
We offer refunds for full-priced items only.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the return has been received and approved.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us as soon as possible to confirm availability.
Exchanges will be dispatched once the returned item has been received and approved.
Sale Items
All sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, except in the case of a faulty or incorrect item.
We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
How to Request a Return
We want your Elle Bohème pieces to be perfect for you. If you wish to request a return, you can do so easily through your customer account.

Log in to your account
Click the Customer Account link here .
You’ll enter your email and receive a secure six-digit code — no password is required. -
Select your order
Once logged in, choose the order you’d like to return. -
Submit your return request
Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your return. You’ll receive a confirmation once your request has been approved. -
Return your item
Carefully pack your garment in its original condition and follow the instructions provided in the approval email to send it back.
Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked courier service to ensure your item reaches us safely.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take great care in inspecting all garments before dispatch.
In the rare event you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can arrange a replacement, repair or refund.
