How to Request a Return 

We want your Elle Bohème pieces to be perfect for you. If you wish to request a return, you can do so easily through your customer account.

1. Log in to your account
   Click the Customer Account link here .
   You’ll enter your email and receive a secure six-digit code — no password is required.

2. Select your order
   Once logged in, choose the order you’d like to return. 

3. Submit your return request
   Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your return. You’ll receive a confirmation once your request has been approved.

4. Return your item
   Carefully pack your garment in its original condition and follow the instructions provided in the approval email to send it back.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked courier service to ensure your item reaches us safely.
